- Zion Ministries is committed to processing your order in a timely manner. Please expect to receive your order in 2 – 3 weeks, depending upon when it is received. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service or via UPS Ground to keep your shipping costs at a minimum.

- Returns & Replacements
- You may return ONLY items that are damaged or defective and were purchased from Zion Ministries directly. We will replace no products purchased from third party vendors. We will notify you via e-mail of your replacement once we have received and processed your returned item(s). You may expect a replacement of the same item you have returned within 2 to 3 weeks of our receiving your returned item. Send all returns to Zion Ministries with a copy of your receipt/invoice. - Orders for products may be placed online, using PayPal, or by calling 817-284-5966. We do not recommend e-mail orders containing personal financial information for your protection. If you decide to place an order over the phone, please leave your name and a daytime phone number so that we may contact you for your payment information. This is for your financial security. If you wish to pay by check, please make checks payable to Zion Ministries and mail to the above address. We will ship your products as soon as we receive payment.
